By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into these Terms, or, if you are not, that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to enter into these Terms. You also affirm that you are not a person barred from receiving Services under the laws of Malaysia or other applicable jurisdictions.

3. Use of Services and Products
License: Upon purchase, GAMECHARGE SDN. BHD. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the purchased product for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the game's End User License Agreement (EULA).
Restrictions: You agree not to:
- Use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Resell or commercially exploit products without express permission.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to discover the source code of any software.
- Engage in activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services or servers.
4. Purchases and Payments
Product Descriptions & Pricing
We strive for accuracy, but do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. Prices are listed in local currencies. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Identity Verification for Credit Card Purchases
To ensure security and prevent fraud, the purchase of e-pins via credit card requires mandatory identity verification. Delivery will only be processed once we receive confirmation and clearance from the respective bank or payment processor.
Credit Card Purchase Limits for E-Pins
All credit card purchases of e-pins are subject to a credit limit of RM 200 (or equivalent) for every 72-hour cycle. To lift this limit, users must send a clear photo of their identity card and credit card (with the 4 middle numbers blocked) to sarah.quinn@gamecharge.net.
Virtual Currency & Randomized Mechanics
Certain digital currencies may be used for "loot boxes" or "gacha systems." GAMECHARGE SDN. BHD. does not control these third-party mechanics. Customers are advised to consult official publishers (e.g., HoYoverse, PUBG, Roblox) for exact drop rates prior to purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are strictly limited to instances where a user has successfully paid for a product that is subsequently found to be out of stock.
In the event that a digital pincode is found to be invalid, an exchange will be provided, provided that it is verified that the code was used/redeemed prior to being sent by GAMECHARGE SDN. BHD. to the customer. To request an exchange, please contact us at sarah.quinn@gamecharge.net with comprehensive proof of the issue.
Direct Top Up Products
No refunds or exchanges are provided for Direct Top Up products. These items are sent directly to the customer's in-game account upon processing. Consequently, it is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that all provided information—including but not limited to User ID (UID), Server selection, and character names—is accurate and correct. GAMECHARGE SDN. BHD. shall not be liable for successful deliveries to incorrect accounts resulting from customer error.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is the property of GAMECHARGE SDN. BHD. or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimers of Warranties
The site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. GAMECHARGE SDN. BHD. makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of the site is at your sole risk.
7. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute shall be determined by arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, conducted in English.
9. Age Restrictions and COPPA
Our Services are not directed to children under 13. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission. We enforce age restrictions by requiring verified payment methods legally restricted to adults.
